The selection process to join our cricket team is designed to be fair and transparent:

1. Registration: Interested players need to sign up online or at the club.

2. Trial Sessions: Attend scheduled trials where Captains assess skills in batting, bowling, fielding, and fitness. Players are evaluated based on technique, consistency, adaptability, and teamwork.

3. Fitness : fitness is the key its ahead of technique for NECC, we need to ensure readiness for match play.

4. Practice Games : Participate in practice matches to observe performance under game conditions.

5. Final Selection: Selected players are informed and inducted into the team, while others are encouraged to continue training and try again.

We strive to give everyone a fair chance, and even if not selected, players should continue with ongoing practice and development sessions because they will be called by teams during the mid season .
